Free UK Mainland Shipping on a huge range of our products

We offer FREE shipping on a huge range of our products for delivery in the UK Mainland. A shipping fee of £3.90 inc. VAT will be applied at the basket if the item is not eligible for free delivery. See below for further exceptions. 

Delivery Areas and Additional Charges

Our delivery service covers England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding certain areas of upper Scotland and adjacent islands. These areas require a 3 or more day delivery period, incurring additional costs. You can find the specific costs in our Non-UK Mainland Deliveries section, which will be automatically added once a postcode is provided at checkout. Check the DPD Postcode inclusions for these areas here.

Order Dispatch and Lead Times

When ordering multiple items with different lead times, the order will be dispatched based on the item with the longest lead time. We do not part ship orders.

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday using DPD as our main courier and The Royal Mail tracked 48 service for smaller orders. Please note that once consignments have been collected from our warehouse, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or dates as any delays are beyond our control.

Additional Charges for Specific Items

  • Chemicals have a shipping rate of £7.80 inc. VAT, noted on product listings.
  • Long items over 1 metre in length incur a £15.00 inc. VAT delivery charge, indicated in product details.

Weekend Deliveries

Saturday and Sunday deliveries are charged at a premium rate, please call to either find out further info or to arrange a weekend delivery. Free delivery option is not applied to Weekend Deliveries.

Channel Islands

Unfortunately, we are unable to remove the VAT, prior to an order being placed via the website, for delivery to the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey). We can issue a refund for the VAT once the order has been placed. Please notify us via email - [email protected] - with your order/invoice number (which will provide proof of your residency within the Channel Islands), and a refund for the VAT will be issued. Please note: refund process may take 5 to 10 working days to complete.

Euro and International Deliveries

We have temporarily suspended shipping outside of the UK due to increased courier costs and complications with tax requirements currently in the EU.

We aim to reinstate this service in the future and we will update this page when we are able to resume with this service, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Track My Order

When we receive your order we will notify you immediately by email of the estimated delivery timescale for your entire order
Once your goods are ready to dispatch you will receive an email advising whether the order is being dispatched via DPD or Royal Mail.
We use DPD as our courier. Once orders have been collected, shipment should arrive next day for UK mainland addresses. However, this cannot be guaranteed if DPD encounter any delays in their consignment process beyond our control.
Once the order has been collected via DPD we will send you an email with a tracking number and your order can be tracked via the DPD website.
You can also access the "Account" section of our website and if you have created an account, access your "My Orders and Invoices" we will place a tracking link for you to access there also.
Royal Mail
We use the Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. Once the order has been collected an email will be sent with notification that your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times from Royal Mail 48 Tracked is 2-3 days on average (this may be extended in certain areas and at busy times of the year). We cannot guarantee delivery times and dates, as once Royal Mail have collected your order from us, their consignment process is beyond our control.

Collect in Store

We have a showroom in Rochester, you can collect your order from us here. Our customer service team will be able to refund the delivery charge and let you know when the order is ready to collect in store.
